Benfield Electric has been Family owned and operated since 1968. Longevity means a lot in business today! |

Originally started by Charles Benfield working out of his garage with just a single truck,
Benfield Electric now has over 300 Employees and over than 150 vehicles
in 5 locations. He increased his customer base due
to his excellent work. Eventually the company grew and expanded the business
to commercial, residential and Utility/highway jobs. Benfield Electric is
now one of the largest independently owned electrical contractors in the
Maryland, tri-state area.

In November of 2006, Benfield Electric moved to larger and more accessible location to accommodate its growing needs. We are now more centrally located in Aberdeen and much closer to Interstate 95. This enables us to reach out further to our customers and job sites.
