Silo Point is a conversion of an existing grain elevator and silos into a mixed-use residential complex. The new facilities house a mix of high-end condominiums and retail space, along with extensive underground parking. The 656,000 square-foot retail/residential complex sits on a seven-acre lot in the Locust Point area of Baltimore. The new complex houses 229 residential units over 400,670 square feet, as well as 25,106 square feet of retail space. Underground parking for 531 cars is also available.
